Finland finally was accepted into NATO. Finland of course was invaded by the Russians in 1939/40 "the Winter War". Under Feldmarschal von Mannerheim they inflicted horrenous casaulties on the Reds. Then Finland seeking revenge joined the German Army Group North in seige of Leningrad. One Finnish Ace flying American/ German fighters had 94 kills vs Red Air Force. Finland will be a formidable force in the alliance/ hopefully Sweden will be admitted soon. NATO head stated that Ukraine/ Moldova will be admitted in future expansion/ basically telling Putin "to take a hike"
The day after Finland was accepted into NATO, the Prime Minister was voted out of office. You have Socialist Political Leaders in Europe making Decisions the people do not want. The death of Democracy is Europe is getting closer from the fixed elections in France to Italy and Greece not being allowed to leave the EU, etc.
Well/ here in Canada our PM supports NATO/ also sending weapons to Ukraine. I hope that he (Trudeau) gets wiped out in our next general election too. This guy has been a disaster with his "Carbon Tax" woke idealogy. He once said, "budgets balance themselves" now we are indebt over 1 Trillion dollars. Also, he was quoted as saying he, "admired the Chinese Communist Party way of getting things done" As far as Finland goes/ 53 % supported joining NATO/ 23% were against/ 19% undecided???? The 23% that voted nay, I guess they have forgotten the 1939/40 invasion/ that propaganda brainwashed the Red Army into believing that if they were captured the Finns were cannibals. In the US/ Biden has gotten many things wrong/ but he is 100 percent correct in sending advancing US weapons to help Ukraine defeat Russia. The real agenda is to bleed the Russian war machine out, so bad/ that internal factions/ ethnic hostilities will break up the Federation. Maybe then the US can set up democratic Western style regimes in that former Federation. Also bring Putin and his henchmen to trial in DeHague for their crimes against humanity.
You are big Mr. Kamps on the Red Army. The Soviet Union does not exist. Once they gained power in the party, Russian leadership dismantled it knowing the Socialist- Communist system was a horror show.
But if you want to know. The Red Army was filled with soldiers from the Asian Republics. They also had a ton of Ukrainians. Not all Ukrainians fought with Hitler.
You are wrong about what the West wants. Present day Russia is pro family and pro religion. Christians, Muslims and Jews can practice freely since the end of Socialist-Communism. They live in peace with each other. Russia a growing democracy. Yes Putin kills competition to his power but so do the Democrats. It does have grass root voting where France and USA have ballot stuffing. Biden and the EU are against religion and only support Islam for they see it as destabilizing and prevents an organized nationalist backlash against the Socialist Dictatorship of all of Europe they want.
