There are no rules in war, these people were either directly or indirectly involved in war actions against America, the main person in this story admits to be trained in a terrorist camp and nobody can say he did not know what terrorists do. If he had been successful in his terrorist career choice and killed many American children he would be happy and revered by his peers and no thought about how "unfair" it was to those children to have been killed by him, but he wants to cry about how unfair he is treated......
