"Rod Blagojevich" - that is a horrible name.

 

I don't know why anyone is surprised by this. Chicago's political environment is second only to New Orleans as far as corruption and ethics violations go.

If he goes to prison he'll be the fourth Illinois Governor in the past 35 years to do so.

Seems a bit prophetic now.

 

FBI Special Agent In-Charge Robert Grant also spoke, expressing disgust over the governor's alleged conduct.

"If (Illinois) isn't the most corrupt state in the United States, it's certainly one hell of a competitor," Grant said.
