Remember...islamic jihadists (and yes, there are millions of them) will never stop.

One year ago, 52 innocent British civilians were killed by islamic animals. Today, another islamic jihadist plan was foiled!! This plan? To detonate a bomb(s) on the NY Subway "Path" train which ran under the Hudson River connecting New Jersey and Manhattan. The plan was designed to not only blow up the train and kill innocent infidels, but to also flood the tunnel and areas below sea level, which happens to be the World Trade Center site.

So imagine this under water c/o your islamic jihadist:

The main stream media is afriad to call these people islamic jihadists, but I won't! I will call them animals and sick animals only deserve one course of action...death!

The main suspect? His name is Assem Hammoud and he was a member of Al Qaeda. BTW, he has confessed to the plot.

So there you have it...one year later after muslim animals killed 52 in London, we were fortunate enough to stop one of many plots by these animals. Remember, we have to be right 100% of the time while these suicide sick islamic animals have to be right only one time!

A message to our troops: "Shoot first and ask questions later...otherwise it will be you or these animals. You make the choice".

Question; who do you suppose is leaking these type of stories to the New York news papers?

Why would U.S. papers print stories which opens up possibilities of giving secret information to the enemy?

Who really benefits, and how do they collect their reward for this action?

By whom? The government? The liberal (or conservative) media? Miltary-industrial complex? Big Oil? Big Bird? Bob's Big Boy? But all of these things have changed significantly (except Big Bird, hmmmmm) since the planning for the 1993 terror attack against the World Trade Center. Who was the insider?

Someone who is over zealous in their dislike of the current administration. Possibly, a turncoat agent of Allah the Idiot, but more likely an misguided individual who thinks they know what's best for the country and will go to subversive tactics in order to sabotage current national policy.

You know, the free all the little animals and we'll all live in peace forever type.

If I were George Bush I would initiate fotmal chanrges against some of the big newspapers. Win or lose, the accusations, hearings, and trials would hurt their businesses and diminish their resources. All they really care about is power and money. As it stands, they suffer no serious consequences for their serial treasons. I would go after them strongly, win or lose. Bush. like his father, tends to be a passive patsie and politically correct when it comes to media issues.

So in essence, what you're advocating for is more government power over the free press. How can that work out well for any of us? A free press is one of the most sacred tools of a free society and we have the freest society in the world. Coincidence?
I'd have to scratch my head at anyone that would prefer less credible information than more. They simply reported the truth of the situation after all. Does anyone else out there feel that the free press in this country should be limited by government? I find it hard to believe that if a person really thought about what they were asking for, they’d seriously reconsider.

WHEN, when will the (Oh We Used Too) crowd get it thru their thick heads that we are at WAR? A war in which our enemy is using our freedoms against us in order to get to the heart of the nation.

I for one (for the sake of the country) can live with the Uncle Sam doing what ever they want to to protect my way of life. I've got nothing to hide and will narc out anyone I even suspect of harboring a sympathetic feeling toward that filth we're up against.

And, I don't watch that crap of a television program called FOXNews, they are just as bad as the NY Times or Al-Jazerria in my book.

The "bolded" statement is is absolutely true and should be obvious to even the most lame. Similar things are done in Iraq every day to thwart American efforts to stabilize the country.

Free press is one thing, but treason for fun and profit is another. There have been four major "outings" in the east-coast press over the past two years that have hurt our ability to protect this nation from Islamic fascists.

The use of covert snatching and interrogation of foreign agents (Rendition Program)

Pervasive electronic surveillance (I will think of the program name later)

The monitoring of international banking transactions (ditto)

Monitoring of Islamic websites to identify agents and detect plots (The Holland Tunnel plan, etc)

Since nobody answered ANY of the questions I asked, I'd like to say that as a loyal and free American citizen I choose not to live in FEAR. No matter if it is fomented by terrorists or my own government. If I chose to give into fear, they would have already won the war. If they succeed in changing this country into a police state through intimidation, America WILL cease to exist. You have to ask yourself if you want you and your children to live in the shadow of what America used to be or whether you want to keep your coin collection safe. Liberties once lost do not return so easily. :headbang:

Blair is still in power over there, BTW there was a large international conference that week in EU and this kept the phoney terrorism cr*p on the table.

Bush is at fault here, the papers (specifically the NYT) are true American patriots and Bush is a traitor.

Moen, what liberties have you lost? Name one. I shudder to think what you would have gone thru in WWII, now "there" were some liberties lost but they were returned when the war was over. The Japanese Americans who were interned on the west coast but also who my father fought along side with. No nothing is perfect, in war the luxury of pragmatic decision making isn't always there or used, but decisions made in haste are correct a great portion of the time.

Your giving into fear by posting to this thread. Your afraid Uncle Sam will take more from you and you've lost nothing yet... You, who have the right to voice your opinions w/o fear of reprisal. You, who have the right to vote. You, who have the right not to vote. You, who have the right to marry if you choose. You can read what you want w/o fear of having the book burned in your hand. You have the right to divorce if you choose. You have the right to eat what you want and watch whatever you want in the privacy of your own home. You, you can be president of this country or the next Bill Gates. Those are lots of basic freedoms who "others" don't want us or anyone for that matter to have. I think you need to reevaluate who and what you hold near and dear and place your fears where the boogie man is at.

I've seen Radical Islam firsthand and it's not pretty or fair. It's racist and sexist, it's corrupt and deadly. People disappear when Radical Islam goes unchecked. People you love.

One who complains when the door is slammed loudly will surely cryout when ones fingers are in the frame the next time...

First Amendment – Freedom of speech, press, religion, peaceable assembly, and to petition the government.
"Free speech zones" violate the1st, as does the current administrations dealing with the press. Many other examples of this right being violated exist.

Fourth Amendment – Protection from unreasonable search and seizure
    Wiring tapping violates this right

Fifth Amendment – Due process, double jeopardy, self-incrimination, private property.
    Gitmo

Sixth Amendment – Trial by jury and other rights of the accused.
    Gitmo

Eighth Amendment – Prohibition of excessive bail, as well as cruel and unusual punishment.
    torture

Tenth Amendment – Powers of states and people
    NCLB

Many other violations exist these are the most obvious to me. We ought to keep adding to this list.

This attitude that our rights have not been violated is MUCH more dangerous than any of this phoney terrorism cr*p.

I think stating that I will NOT live in fear of either terrorists or my own government is proof enough to anyone paying attention that I have overcome the fear and have a clear vision of both the source and extent of those who seek to intimidate through this tactic. You can twist rhetoric and site 60 year-old wars all you want but the fact is I am not as willing as you are to leave this country less free than when I was born into it for the sake of my children. As soon as freedoms are taken for granted, they disappear. Greater people than I have reintegrated this time and time again and history has proven them right. You are so willing to give up any number of freedoms and liberties for the sake of a minuscule percentage of real or imagined safety. That sounds like desperate insecurity prompted by fear to me.

You say,” I’m the one giving into fear" by posting this thread. How do you come to that conclusion? I'm not going to bother answering your questions if you ignore mine. It doesn't make debate sense. So answer my questions and please explain your "logic" with concrete examples if you can.

Because your afraid Uncle Sam will take more of your freedoms which you haven't even lost yet. Talk is cheap BTW.
