It has been brought to my attention that some one stated that Costa Rico does not have a military.
Having experience in Central America I must state that Costa Rico does have an active police force but does not have a military due to the many treaties of protection that the United States has blanket Costa Rico with. One well known and very public example would be The Rio Treaty of 1947, which of course is still current today.

So in effect Costa Rico has a military and the military, is primary and I repeat primary for their are secondaries, is the United States.

 

Yeah, but what does this have to do with RUSH?

 

Those who can not decide also do not know.

 

Who REALLY knows and who only think they know?

 

Costa Rico does have a military and it is the United States. That I knew yesterday, that I know today.
As for tommorrow it all depends on the will of the American people.
The concret is real until it is eroded away by the abstract.
