Bugger your halloween. It's around three weeks to when I and everyone else
over 60 whose real surname begins with 'M' gets their Winter Fuel Payment of
?250. ($393.17) The weather last winter here in London was mostly mild, so
the cash stayed in the bank and contributed to a very nice Christmas.
