No it wasn't the alcohol that offended Fata - it was the dress - a dress that was considered the summer uniform for the cocktail waitresses. Yep - Ms Lemes found a nice little earner for her "hurt feelings"..............in a dress.

So as she tossed the"alcohol is haraam" offense under the bus Ms Lemes pulled out her muslim modesty and declared the " short, low-cut dress was "disgusting" and made her look "like a prostitute". " One wonders how she didn't notice the sleeveless RED DRESS being worn by other cocktail waitress when she applied to work at the bar?

That aside Fata told the employment tribunal hearing her reasons why she should receive compensation for being asked to wear what all the other cocktail waitresses wear:

"Miss Lemes told the tribunal that she "might as well be naked" in the dress, adding: "I was brought up a Muslim and am not used to wearing sexually attractive clothes."

Guess her muslim parents must have skipped over the no alcohol and working in a bar Quran lessons.

Nope Midas this is a case of pure stupidity on the part of those sitting on the panel and if the employer has any sence they will appeal such a stupid decision. If this lady is a muslim then she shoudnt have applied for the job in the 1st place, this would need to be brought up at appeal.
Also it will hardly bankrupt her employers LOL there insurance covers such things.

That is what "moderate" muslims or "not-muslim-enough" muslims believe. These are the people that are trying to hijack the religion. "True" muslims are those that are simply following the koran, the life and deeds of their terrorist prophet, and 1,300 years of documented history.

This is why "true" muslims have no respect for those that are "moderate" and fail to participate in jihad...as mohammad did. "True" muslims are not trying to hijack the religion...those that are not jihadists are the hijackers!

Human Rights Watch: Muslim rebels in Thailand kill 115 teachers

Bangkok: A human rights group says Muslim insurgents in southern Thailand must stop the "sickening trend" of attacking teachers, 115 of whom have been killed since the outbreak of the separatist rebellion five years ago.

The US-based Human Rights Watch said Friday that as part of a general recent escalation of violence, 5 teachers have been killed since the beginning of the new school term in May.

The insurgency in Thailand's three southernmost provinces of Pattani, Yala and Narathiwat has led to the deaths of more than 3,500 people, since early 2004.

Al Qaeda says would use Pakistani nuclear weapons

DUBAI (Reuters) - If it were in a position to do so, Al Qaeda would use Pakistan's nuclear weapons in its fight against the United States, a top leader of the group said in remarks aired Sunday.

Pakistan has been battling al Qaeda's Taliban allies in the Swat Valley since April after their thrust into a district 100 km (60 miles) northwest of the capital raised fears the nuclear-armed country could slowly slip into militant hands.

"God willing, the nuclear weapons will not fall into the hands of the Americans and the mujahideen would take them and use them against the Americans," Mustafa Abu al-Yazid, the leader of al Qaeda's in Afghanistan, said in an interview with Al Jazeera television.

Abu al-Yazid was responding to a question about U.S. safeguards to seize control over Pakistan's nuclear weapons in case Islamist fighters came close to doing so.

"We expect that the Pakistani army would be defeated (in Swat) ... and that would be its end everywhere, God willing."

Asked about the group's plans, the Egyptian militant leader said: "The strategy of the (al Qaeda) organization in the coming period is the same as in the previous period: to hit the head of the snake, the head of tyranny -- the United States.

"That can be achieved through continued work on the open fronts and also by opening new fronts in a manner that achieves the interests of Islam and Muslims and by increasing military operations that drain the enemy financially."

The militant leader suggested that naming a new leader for the group's unit in the Arabian Peninsula, Abu Basir al-Wahayshi, could revive its campaign in Saudi Arabia, the world's top oil exporter.

"Our goals have been the Americans ... and the oil targets which they are stealing to gain power to strike the mujahideen and Muslims."

"There was a setback in work there for reasons that there is no room to state now, but as of late, efforts have been united and there is unity around a single leader."

Abu al-Yazid, also known as Abu Saeed al-Masri, said al Qaeda will continue "with large scale operations against the enemy" -- by which he meant the United States.

"We have demanded and we demand that all branches of al Qaeda carry out such operations," he said, referring to attacks against U.S.-led forces in Iraq and Afghanistan.

The militant leader said al Qaeda would be willing to accept a truce of about 10 years' duration with the United States if Washington agreed to withdraw its troops from Muslim countries and stopped backing Israel and the pro-Western governments of Muslim nations.

Asked about the whereabouts of al Qaeda's top leaders, he said: "Praise God, sheikh Osama (bin Laden) and sheikh Ayman al-Zawahri are safe from the reach of the enemies, but we would not say where they are; moreover, we do not know where they are, but we're in continuous contact with them."

The wounded included a 1-year-old girl, said Piyawat.

The temple hosts a small army encampment, like others in the insurgency-plagued region.

More than 3,500 people have been killed in Thailand's three southernmost provinces since a Muslim separatist insurgency flared up in January 2004.

Since the start of this month, 36 people have been killed and more than 100 have been wounded in violence in the region.

The insurgents make no public pronouncements, but are thought to be fighting to carve out an independent Muslim state in the three southern provinces.

No need to apologize, you are just documenting "true" muslims who are killing "not muslim enough" or "moderate" muslims. The keepers of islam have as much vile for "moderate" muslims as they do for us infidels.
