Ukraine abided by Trumps decree and struck only military targets. Also Ukraine had no warnings from US intel about incoming S-400 missiles. Trump said that the US had NOT cut off intel. Fast forward to today, Russia launched Iskander "M" ballistic missiles at civilian targets and the power grid, again NO warning from US. Pewople died, so Trump is to blame.
