I'm a carnivore and that's that. At least 50 pounds of meat in the freezer that I need to work on. I'm 5'11" and maintain a weight in the 160 (pounds not kilos thank you very much) range.
Well, I'm falling behind like I always do but I've been eating pretty basic anyway. Made a large batch of chicken and noodle soup that turned into a stew before I was done. Found a great deal on chicken so I made a killer broth and have used about half of it. Chicken and dumplings are next. I also made canned squid in ink sauce over pasta and it was quite tasty. Saw it on the weird canned foods thread so I gave it a shot. Recipes will appear on Recipes~~Watcha Cooking?
