When The Constitution Isn't Enforced

From a fellow that spent his life doing rather than learning, there are bad apples in any group. By and large the vast majority of people who practice faith serve their communities in huge ways. My personal way of helping the Ukrainian disaster has been financial support to Samaritans Purse. They have established field hospitals in Ukraine…… Danged hypocritical Christians.

 

I give to Red Cross International (RCI) each year. I tripled it this month...so far. Red Cross and Salvation Army are my primary charities. Years ago, I gave exclusively through the United Way...until they violated my trust. I'm cautious with all the fraud going on.

 

Back to the topic at hand…. Today a man that scammed the legal system. Created false animosity in the world of racism. Cost the taxpayers unknown amounts of time and money…. Was released after serving one day of a 150 day sentence. His crime wasn’t a violent crime. And he goes unpunished for all intents and purposes. What did he learn other than how to bring attention to himself? As long as we continue to reward bad behavior, poorly behaved adults is what we will have to live with. And that’s all fine and good….. Until the bad actor is your neighbor…

 

There's no way he wins an appeal...not with the irrefutable evidence. Juicy's lawyer is drawing this out in hopes they will get a more "agreeable" Judge. If the conviction is upheld, the only way they can change the sentence is appeal the sentence...which it highly unlikely given that 150 days is well within sentencing guidelines (max sentence: 3 years).

Like Jesse Watters said on "The Five"..."This just gives us a chance to laugh at him some more".

 

I didn’t know why he was released. I tend to pay little attention to the fantasy world actors live in….. So based on what you are saying then, the loser will tie up the legal system costing the taxpayers more money then? I do believe we have the best legal system in the world, but jeez man….. Just man up and take what you deserve like a man and get out of the way.

 

He probably wouldn't have gotten jail time at all had he simply said..."Ok, I made it up". I think it's only appropriate that he spend his entire 150 days in the general population of the Cook County Jail. Realistically, he'll probably get his sentence reduced to House Arrest and Community Service. Perhaps some Climate Change PSAs will get him back in the good graces of Hollywood.

Which of our Democrat "Leaders" send their children to D.C. Public Schools? None! ...that's how many. Amy Carter is the last I recall. Democrat "Leaders" have to support lousy schools because the Teachers' Union "owns" them (but it doesn't own their children ).
