The latest release & new rules from the DNC for 2008: Let it be known, from East to West, and North to South, Free speech is corrupting, or so we have come to understand. The new rules are as follows. Political speech cannot be restricted if the speaker is a Democrat who dislikes his boss or his agency’s policy, or the policies of the United States. It can be restricted/denied if it threatens to overturn the conventional political wisdom on the DNC in a non-”progressive” way. All comrades will be expected to know, implement and enforce these rules. Class enemies, like Rupert Murdoch, William F. Buckley, The Wall Street Jounral and Rush Limbaugh, will get what is coming to them, subject to whatever restrictions the takings clause makes necessary. The new rules will be similar to the old rules. One hopes that the new rules will help reporters “cram some knowledge” down the public’s various throats. It’ll be good for it. Dissent that isn’t really dissent, but rather corporate oppression, or worse, somehow traditionally religious, will be suppressed, as inconsistent with free speech. The First Amendment will be scaled back to where it belongs, protecting child pornographers, just as the Second Amendment was scaled back to protect the National Guard. That is all citizens. Move On. Move On. Move On.
Liberals cannot win in the arena of ideas (which they have none), so they enact rules against 1st Amendment rights to silence their critics. Remember...if you disagree with a liberal socialist, they deem it as "hate". Liberals will call this "fair" when it is far from it.
