toughcoins Rarely is the liberal viewpoint tainted by realism

Realization that reality is not what's being pushed by the Democrat Party.

Combined with an understanding that scientific results and scientific investigations have been agenda-driven.

Further compounded by the sifting of unacceptable facts from the liberal curriculum by educational institutions.

Now pulled back from the precipice we were nearly dragged over.

None of that explains why Democrats' belief in science declined from February 2021 to October 2023. Your "mad king" theory doesn't hold water since the person you term a "mad king" was out of office for that entire stretch of time and was replaced by a "decrepit emperor" whom the Democrats themselves elected.

Furthermore, I find it doubtful that Democrats truly believe in science since they believe a woman can become a man (and vice versa) and most still believe in the wet-market Covid origin fantasy.

    Science, indeed! Hmmmmmmph!

I think it does. Conspiracy isn't inherently partisan. That it keeps nagging away in the public sphere chips away at everyone. That and a lot of people are really not payong attention to politics but still identifying as D or R. For example, I'd heard several people wanting to vote Trump in 2024 because Biden killed abortion (Roe overturned under him).

I was extrapolating to the future, and counting the psychic damage he'd already done mishandling the pandemic and eroding public trust.

    "OZEMPIC FACE".

    Who knew?

It has birthed profitable new Life into the Plastic Surgery Field, and is contributing to an increase in the overall economy.

13% of U.S . Adults have used Ozempic Et Al, based on prescription records.

    43% have Diabetes.
    25% Heart Disease.
    22% Overweight.

Overall, 60% of Americans think Medicare should cover the cost of Ozempic Et Al, when prescribed for Weight Loss...over 1/2 of Dems, over 1/2 of Republicans and over 1/2 of Independents.

A simple old-time question from the Common Sense Era:

Can a person get "EXERCISE FACE"? (the benefits to economic growth would be Legion, I think).

    But, wadoino?

    SCIENCE......

I like to think I've got starved and hard-worked face, but I eat too much to attribute it to starvation.
