Enough Lehigh everyone on this form is entitled to there personal privecy you try posting any such info and I will ban you is that clear
My Father In Law has made it to 70 without wearing his seat belt. My wife got hit by a drunk a few years back where she would have probably been dead if she hadn't been wearing a seat belt. My Father In Law still doesn't wear his. Go figure.
Oh no, I would get kicked out of the 10 man circus. This place is a joke, who gives a crap! Well I would imagine quite possibly the FBI would if Moen decided to report your invasion of his privacy but of course it is entierly your descision if you want to carry out such a act, I would also imagine that any Law firm he decided to retain would take a great interest in it Now if you think the forum is such a circus you have the choice of remaining and been one of the attractions or going eleswere but my warning to you still remains This forum will not condone any form of invasion of another members privacy
Moen, your personally implied intelligence based on a supposed over-education has sadly become a detriment to you. The arc of that curve peaked long ago and now you're down somewhere on the other side. Most people realize that the more you learn, the more you realize you don't know. Most realize that almost everybody has knowledge about something that you do not. Not you though. You're a self imposed genius!! With the moral high ground to boot! You are a sniveling, whiny, little liberal jack ass! You expect everything to be taken care of for you. You expect everybody else to protect you. You expect an incompetent government to solve all problems. You have proven yourself to be a fool on this forum.
My next door neighbor used to run a florist shop (FTD in the 60's). She like to tell about a college professor who came in the store and looked around for a while. Finally picked out a basket of flowers and took it to the counter. "I would like to have this wired to California" Neighbor; "I am sorry sir, but you have to pick one out of this catalog." "But I want you to put this basket on the wire to California!" Neighbor; "I am sorry sir, but the only items we can get to California are the one pictures in the catalog" "But I don't want those. I want THIS basket!" No, I do not think ignorance is optional. Education might be, but ignorance is not.
It's not a slam at educated people, it's riducule of pompous, self-important, psuedo-intellectuals like dr moen. Having a sting of letters after you name is certainly no guarantee of intelligience but it does give a whole lot of confidence to some people who could never do anything other than make their career as a student. And believe me, in my home, higher education & continuing education is held in very high regard....I have an MBA, my wife's undergraduate degree was in accounting, she went on to earn a Masters in Education and is currently in nursing school...we spend a lot of money to educate our kids in the best private schools so that they are prepared for college & life after...so don't believe for a minute that this conservative is anti-academia. My next door neighbor is the chair of a dept at highly regarded local university, as educated as they come & is always called on to comment or give insight on local issues, but I don't know how the guy functions in the real world sometimes. This is the super-educated guy that spent hours trying to fix his sons bike only to have me point out that he was turning a screw in the wrong direction...the same guy who couldn't understand why their portable basketball goal was always getting blown over (come to find out he thought putting sand in the base would be too messy & his garden hose wouldn't reach) but he does know how to get his family vacations paid for! He organizes "study abroad" sessions and the tuition paid by the students is increased to pay his personal expenses. On the other hand, my boss is probably the smartest guy I know and he does not have a college education, in fact I couldn't guarantee that he graduated high school. So see, dr moen, just because you believe you are more educated than others certainly is no guarantee that you are smarter or have insight that others do not.
All you guys ever do is call people names. Your education shows just as mine does but in the other direction. So much anger in your lot. It's nice to be me.
Maybe you should stick to English law. Nothing I proposed was in violation of any laws or substance for a civil lawsuit. But that was funny, report me to the FBI.
If anyone is asking to have their petty anger justified by being banned, it is you. Would that make you feel better about yourself? I could not go through life as angry as you. I take a lot of comfort in my serenity. Try it some time. You’re going to have an aneurysm some day.
http://www.justice.gov/criminal/cybercrime/reporting.htm Reporting Computer Hacking, Fraud and Other Internet-Related Crime The primary federal law enforcement agencies that investigate domestic crime on the Internet include: the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), the United States Secret Service, the United States Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) , the United States Postal Inspection Service, and the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms (ATF) . But of course you know better
...And posting them in a forum for the purposes of harrassment of someone else. You haven't been watching the news lately have you?
Oh yeah, and.... The National Crime Prevention Council's definition of cyber-bullying is "when the Internet, cell phones or other devices are used to send or post text or images intended to hurt or embarrass another person."[2] StopCyberbullying.org, an expert organization dedicated to Internet safety, security and privacy, defines cyber-bullying as: "a situation when a child, tween or teen is repeatedly 'tormented, threatened, harassed, humiliated, embarrassed or otherwise targeted' by another child or teenager using text messaging, email, instant messaging or any other type of digital technology." Other researchers use similar language to describe the phenomenon.[3][4] Cyber-bullying can be as simple as continuing to send e-mail to someone who has said they want no further contact with the sender, but it may also include threats, sexual remarks, pejorative labels (i.e., hate speech), ganging up on victims by making them the subject of ridicule in forums, and posting false statements as fact aimed at humiliation. Cyber-bullies may disclose victims' personal data (e.g. real name, address, or workplace/schools) at websites or forums or may pose as the identity of a victim for the purpose of publishing material in their name that defames or ridicules them. Some cyber-bullies may also send threatening and harassing emails and instant messages to the victims, while other post rumors or gossip and instigate others to dislike and gang up on the target. Kids report being mean to each other online beginning as young as 2nd grade. According to research, boys initiate mean online activity earlier than girls do. However, by middle school, girls are more likely to engage in cyber-bullying than boys do.[5] Whether the bully is male or female, their purpose is to intentionally embarrass others, harass, intimidate, or make threats online to one another. This bullying occurs via email, text messaging, posts to blogs, and Web sites. Though the use of sexual remarks and threats are sometimes present in cyber-bullying, it is not the same as sexual harassment and does not necessarily involve sexual predators.
As he says above add to that you woudnt have any controll over any info your buddy stole at your request but I am fairly sure that as the instigator of the theft of said info you too could be held responsible for any future crime commited using that info for exampe Id theft/fraud and even selling the Id to possible terrorists (now if you care to dispute that I sugest you check with your local FBI to see if they are ok with you getting someone to hack another citizens computer so you can steal there personal data for your own use) Now I would assume that the authorities would start to do a bit of a background check into you to see if you have been involved in such events prior to this, that could be rather embarassing for you if they decided to have words with your employers (Oh and it woudnt be the 1st time the FBI have gone to town on someone so dont think it coudnt happen) Wonder how they would react to finding out that someone they employ is hacking private info Then lets assume the person you use to do the hack comes to the attention of Homeland security LOL Oh boy what a lovely can of worms we have there (and those guy's realy dont like computer hackers LOL) So all in all you go ahead and mock as you seem to know it all
For someone who doesn't live in this country, you think you know an awful lot about our law enforcement procedures. Let me educate you as I know people who work both in local law enforcement as well as federal. They are just as lazy as everybody else and would not be at all interested in some dude who posted some other dudes name and address on a website. What do you think, they are just sitting around waiting for some clown like Moen to call them. The FBI is interested in large criminal enterprises that represent an ongoing threat, not some random guy on the internet. Furthermore, posting a name and address is not a threat to identity theft, otherwise every online phone directory would be shut down. And who said I would hack into Moen's computer? You are more full of crap than just about everyone here. Talking about the FBI and Homeland Security like you have any clue. Remember when you tried to trick everyone into believe that BP was not a British company. It is fitting that the guy moderating this place is just as full of BS as the members. And I will mock you at every turn, you have earned it.
