So you had the UCMJ down cold as a recruit huh? Honestly, I'd have to say they could have said or done anything and I would have kept my mouth shut. I was scared to death in boot and didn't know any better, so yeah, at that time, I would have stood by.

I'm extreme in here mainly because I feel that's appropriate to the mentality exhibited often in here. Basically I respond with the same ignorance shown to me. Somebody wants to be civil, I can be civil. Somebody wants to be nasty, sarcastic, ignorant, or just plain stupid, I can respond accordingly. I think what I think as well. Just that politics and corruption, the scale usually tips in the direction of the right, so I'm generally always on the opposite side of those turds.

HaHaHaHa. Yeah, he was a blast. There was more to boot camp than just jumping jacks. And UCMJ or not. Most people can tell right from wrong without codes or laws to remind them.

 

Interpreting right from wrong is largely irrelevant in the military IMO. That's what you sign up for..to do what they tell you to do, right or wrong. Kids at that young an age wouldn't know the difference anyway in most cases. That's what the military counts on. Robots that do not question and follow along well.
