Gore was interesting with a lot of legal questions, but Hillary conceded the next day. Trump truly broke new ground though with a tantrum so great the Capitol was stormed. He actually never has conceded either (except on accident a few times)

Clinton did not concede. She has thrown an 8 year tantrum, right up to Monday night, and it will definitely continue.
She cheated. She continuously defied the Secrets Act. Her actions as Sec State bordered on treasonous. She absconded with Campaign Funds. She lied to Congress and the FBI. That'll do it, for now.
