Propaganda from any source is not fact or history. Building a scenario and support for a position based on such self-serving propaganda does not transfer as an acceptable dictionary inclusion for the word "fact", but there has been successful use of modifying history by propaganda.

If you are interested, I would suggest reviewing the historical facts of the Region between 1949 and 2011, and not concentrate on 2014 forward, which is the pinnacle period of manipulation of fact and re-writing history concerning the Region.

My points would be that
1.Putin is actually anti-socialist which is one of the reasons that the Democrat party hates him.
2. Putin allows democracy to exist below him with elections as long as people do not cross him. Then they would be poisoned or fly out a window. Can list billionaires who were victims with that as well.
3. Putin views himself as a tsar. A savior of the Russian people. (And don’t forget people in Russia were starving to death before he took power)
That is Putin to put it briefly.
Russia is very capitalistic.
1.One of the reasons why American companies leaving Russia had no effect on the Russian economy was that Russians filled those voids with like companies.
2. Russia has a strong stock market.
3. Russians actually admired and respected the American capitalist system as seen from there movies, tv shows and music before Biden.
Do not confuse the Soviet Union with Russia. Most of the leaders of the Soviet Union were not even Russian and it was a Russian that ended it.

 

I'm not going to call out individuals ... but some of you all could do well with understanding the difference between political and economic systems.... and things like dictatorships, oligarchy ...

Since you claim to be an "educated man," although you have shown you cannot define one, please tell me the DIFFERENCE BETWEEN political and economic systems.
