Probably a lot of military rule and a lot of Islamic States. But, hopefully some actual democracy eventually.

I am leery of all this reporting of how much widespread protesting there is and how much change is really imminent. I wonder if some of it gets overblown in the media's desire for a continuing dramatic story to keep on the front page and to fill their hours of content they need each day on tv.

Well so far the only one that has had any real change has been Tunisia, Egypt have the Army in charge, the change there the last boss was Air Force! Iran no change, Lybia Ghadafi still in charge The big problem would be if Syria was to fall, yes I know it is a dictatorship but at least they keep the fanatics in check and act as a balance to Iran You could end up with a couple of opposing theocracies running the Mid east and that is scary.
