One day, I took my then 8 year old Daughter to 6 Flaggs here right out side St. louis and they were having some sort of Gay day... The place was filled with couples of guys holding hands or couples of Girls holding hands... (mostly guys)... I did not think anything about it at 1st other than somethings different here, till my daughter said Eww, Daddy, why are those two guys kissing... When I looked they were full on Tounging and having a make out session about 10 feet from us....

I did not want to explain this to my 8 year old daughter...

However, gross, I might of thought it was, I did not want to lynch or hurt the guys... I just thought it was gross and did not want my daughter exposed to that... Thats not the only shining example we got to see either, needless to say, we did not stay long that day...

I don't think that is so unusual. I have met gay men that thought heterosexual intercourse was repulsive and I know straight people that feel homosexual sex is repulsive. I guess it's just a matter of what you are used to.

 

Well, I guess if your OK with that, your kids seeing that that, and that being the norm, you have that right.. (That being two guys going at it)

I still don't wish anyone harm or death, but there are just things I'd rather my kids and myself not be exposed too...

Where have I said that I hated Jews? Nowhere is the answer! My local parish church has contacts in the local Reform Jewish synagogue just up the road a bit.In fact,I attended a couple of meetings where members of both congregations were learning about each other's traditions.I really learnt some new things.

dunno really. I only had one child. Cant really remember what he was exposed to. But I do see my grandkids, and I know that when they are at knotts berry farm or legoland. they could care lessof who's walking with who or kissing which person. oh wait..everytime my sons kisses me hell o or goodbye they do tend to throw up in disgust.
