Tax plan blah blah blah. He is going to expire the Bush tax cuts, which will RAISE taxes for EVERY American who pays them. Tax the oil companys? Thats taxing us folks, period. Besides, I own oil stock, I like the profits, lol. AND, 95% of you's with a 401'K, mutual funds, etc etc etc own oil stock as well, look into it. Remember, corporations pass the taxes on to us.

Again I am only saying what the man is on record as saying himself to be honest I doubt if any goverment has ever dropped the overall tax burden on it's citizens, they might well lower direct taxation but then they increase indirect taxation to compensate
