Yep, I like some of them. Fairly often I'll watch something on Turner
Classic Movies. I do like the really early stuff from the 20's and 30's.
It's funny how they over emote coming off the silent movies.

i actually sky+ed casablanca on tcm the other day as i've never
actualy seen it? can you believe that. we watch tcm occasionaly. i
think the last film i watched on it was westworld.

Well a lot of actresses don't like to do that and get a body double. But
yeah ... I would probably find an excuse about the high artistic merits
of such a film so that I have an excuse to see it that my girlfriend
will accept.

Yes. I don't get the chance to see films like that a lot anymore since
they moved the Arts Cinema out of town while they rebuilt it. But yes
.... my favourite films are like that.

I can believe you've never seen it before as I myself only saw it for the
first time within the last year. Wan't that great. Honestly, it pretty
much sucked. So much for that. The last movie I saw on TCM was the best
version of "A Christmas Carol" with Reginald Owen.
