I imagine that I was not alone in feigning ignorance for comedic effect. But, no, it is not too early. In fact, if one is already reading this forum, it is probably a bit late for it. lol
New twist to the Cain campaign. The Big Guy in the Sky has spoken. Herman Cain is the anointed one. We now have it from no less an authority than Herman Cain himself that God told Herman Cain to run. I think this pretty much settles it least as far as I'm concerned. The ageless all-knowing all-powerful creator of all that is, has been, and every will be, Amen, has made His pick for the 2012 Republican ticket known and I'll not second guess Him. http://www.rawstory.com/rs/2011/11/13/herman-cain-god-told-me-to-run-i-was-like-moses/
"Beware of false prophets, who come to you in the clothing of sheep, but inwardly they are ravening wolves." (Matthew 7:15) "For there will rise up false Christs and false prophets, and they shall shew signs and wonders, to seduce (if it were possible) even the elect." (Mark 13:22) I'm not much of a Bible-thumper myself (with all due respect to those who are), being raised Catholic and being Easter Orthodox by choice, but let's not confuse the will of God with the vanity of human beings who claim to be sent by Him.
You don't think Herman Cain is a vain human being in the clothing of a sheep do you? Hmmm... This hadn't occurred to me. He's always seemed so.... honest.
Wow. I don't think I would vote for someone who believes they were hand picked by God to run for President. Moses? Really?
Do not forget the plates that Bloomingdales was sellling from china that was made from radio active clay nor the toxic dry wall from china that eats away at the entire house. There are certain years that people will not buy a resale in Florida for it may have china drywall. Say isn't China a leftist nation. And I always wondered if those were political prisoners sliced up in the traveling human body show from China.
Yes and it is the real one that came down from the mountain in the Siani and then revised in Iraq and revised again a few times in Europe. Not the fake one found in a hole in the ground in upstate new york.
And here I thought that NASCAR was telling all drivers and pit crews to stop what they were doing for the duration. Oh, well . . .
The only thing Leftist about China is the flag and the fiction that the ruling elite are Communist. China is an authoritarian corporatist state. Kind of like a giant Incredible Hulk version of Singapore with an attitude.
So if we extatrapolate I mean REALLY extrapolate here Cain is leftist. In addition God told him to run. Was that the same God that told Perry and Bachmann? If so God has one hell of a sense of humor. So God tells you to run as well as a few others. Reminds me of a line from a Dire Straits tune. Couldn't ask for a more appropriate name in this case. "Two men say they're Jesus one of them must be wrong". OK, I know it's not God but last I heard Jesus was related to Him. As for Dire Straits? The GOP and their nominees seem to fit the bill at this point when their most likely nominee is a Mormon. I would call this dire straits.
I really know nothing about Cain other then the name reference in the bible. Seems like he killed the chance of having two black men running for president against each other and it would be interesting to see how either party tried to play the race card.. Like your play on words with using Dire Straits. The Republicans may just lose a sure win. I really think a large enough percentage will never accept a morman at this time and as you know it does not take much to lose a swing state. never mind independents viewing him as status quo and part of the problem.
This says it all....or says nothing if you're Herman Cain. Oh screw those embedding disabled by request people.
Well, now... who agrees with this and who disagrees with this? I will state, unequivocally, that I agree with this (and I don't even smoke pot): Herman Cain would loosen federal marijuana restrictions At a campaign stop in Urbandale, Iowa, Tuesday, Republican presidential candidate Herman Cain said he supports letting states establish their own laws regarding medical marijuana. "If states want to legalize medical marijuana, I think that's a state's right," Cain said, according to NBC News. "Because one of my overriding approaches to looking at all of these issue --most of them belong at the state, because when you do something federally . . . you try to force one-size-fits-all." http://news.yahoo.com/blogs/ticket/herman-cain-loosen-federal-marijuana-restrictions-160520011.html
I'm glad to see you will defend all things republican to the very end. Pssst...that's why you guys will never win a presidential election any time soon. Keep up the great work and spread the mentality...Obama appreciates it!
I'm sorry. You guys have such a fine, decent and smart field of POTUS candidates, I couldn't resist. But yeah, whenever you have a right wing view to share, just check me off as "disagree". (it'll always be the correct column).
