There's nothing wrong with immigrants. Most people in the US today are the children of immigrants. Immigrants have made this country strong. But, please come here legally.

David, it amazes me that there are people in this country who think immigrants should come here ILLEGALLY.

And it amazes me there are peeps who think there is anyway possible to come here any other way but legally, regardless if you check-in or not. ;)

    The only problem, Income Tax.

But why is there a problem with Income Tax? Why is anyone paying Income Tax, in a Republican form of government?

Income tax is optional. If you like not paying tax, don't do the income, which you know going in is subject to tax.

That first statement is not correct!

You have lived your entire life subject to income tax but there was once a time when the government did not tax your income and it was Al Capone that you have to thank for establishing the government's right to tax your income. But that does not make the tax a lawful tax, it just makes it a legislative act calling itself a lawful tax.

Income Tax requires you to confess to your local taxman, all income you have earned, which is in direct opposition to the 5th Amendment's guarantee against self-incrimination for any reason. The 5th Amendment says We have the freedom to earn as much money as we want and to not tell the government about a single penny of it.

But then, how did Congress make it a Criminal matter to not pay your Income Tax?

In a Republican form of government, the government is forbidden from creating criminal crimes out of thin air, the crime must already exist prior to the law calling it a criminal crime and if a law itself creates the crime, then the crime created can only be a Civil Crime, never Criminal.

So tis you that knew what "you know going in" and that's why you are still a Subject to tax and I no longer am. I even took it a little further and stuck it to them but they don't even know it yet, but that's because I sorta fell thru the cracks and they don't even realize what all I've been doing and how I've been setting them up everywhere, including the IRS. ;)

It was fun finding out a little over a year ago that I made the NTWL. :D

Just call be Bond ... Toad Bond ... double oh-oh, licensed to pee. Twisted, not shaken or stirred!

Ps: On the second statement, about reincarnation, it just makes the sucking better. :D

Pps: Did you know that statutory rape crimes did not become a crime until AFTER the law that established 18 years of age as the age of consent, then, from that law, your legislatures made it a criminal crime to have sex with anyone below the age of 18.

There is no Common Law Age for having Sex with another person, that age manifested itself out of Law, so then, how can it be Criminal?

Ever read the (quoted wrong state - still looking for correct state) State Constitution? The part that talks about living under the Opinion of Another? ;)

Ppps: When it comes to Income Tax, there is no way Income Tax can exist without violating the 5th Amendment's guarantee against self incrimination, but that's what makes it unconstitutional, there is no way it can exist without violating that standing right and since there is no way it can exist without violating a standing right that has not been abridged by the 14th, then the Tax cannot be upheld.

Like I asked: Why are you paying Income Tax? I'm kNot! I'm now a qualified Tax Evader. :D

But I have news for them, Tax Evasion is a Civil matter, thus, there's a 2 year statute of limitations on all Civil matters. It's only Criminal matters that can exceed 2 years and since Income Tax crimes cannot manifest themselves into Criminal Crimes, simply in-of-themself, then there is a 2 year statute of limitations on Income Tax crimes.

I jacked out April Fools Day, 2010. That was 4 years ago. They had 2 years to file charges or forever hold their tongue. They never filed anything but that's because I fell thru the cracks. :D

Who mandates you have an income?

It's not who mandates you have an Income, it's who mandates that you have to report your Income?

Who's business is it how much I make?

It's not your business and it sure the hell never was government's business until Congress decided one day to tax our Income. Then the game changed!

I will never pay Income Tax again!

The law. But if you have no belief in our rule of law, not sure what there is to discuss. Certainly not the US Constitution.

That's one of the reasons why I don't talk constitutional-talk with anyone. Well, that and the sense I get that most people who talk about constitutional issues are typically too @#$%ed-up in the head to have a rational discussion with anyone anyway, so why bother?

Maybe it's because you don't really know the Constitution?

    I asked the question:

It's not who mandates you have an Income, it's who mandates that you have to report your Income?

Who's business is it how much I make?

    Your answer was: "The law."
But then you had to take it further and say:
"But if you have no belief in our rule of law, not sure what there is to discuss. Certainly not the US Constitution."
    Boy are eWe one DMFI!
Excuse me but where do you get off on telling me what any Rule of Law is?
You clearly do not understand a Republican form of government!
In a Republican form of government, when a Catch 22 occurs, the People always win that coin toss. Did you know that? Answer: No! Why is that the answer? Because had you known that Rule of Law in a Republican form of government, you would then know that a government of such form cannot suspend rights secured to individuals of that Republic, without Just Cause leading the way and when a Catch 22 occurs, the People always win, the government never wins a Catch 22 in a Republican form of government.
But how is Income Tax a Catch 22? The 5th Amendment says the government can't do that but Income Taxes can only exist if you allow government to do that, so government must invert the 5th and force you to testify against yourself and incriminate yourself and even others, even though the 5th says the government cannot do that.
When the government is constitutionally forbidden from doing something one way but backdoors the situation via something else, like Taxes and a Catch 22 occurs, the People always Win, not the government but the governments have been winning, it's patriotic morons like eWe that have been paving their way this entire time and you've been letting them get away with violating the very essence of a Republican form of government.
You do not comport to a Republican form of government with your statement above, thus, your statement is Unconstitutional to begin with so why even attempt to throw in the Constitution, when you've already thrown it out the window to begin with?

Shit, I got kicked out of the state of Tennessee when I was 16. Inversely Extradited, would be the proper term (see: Rambo).

It has nothing to do with poor, Mexican, Canadian, Irish, etc ...

It has to do with whatever you want it to be about, your opinion and your opinion isn't require to have any foundation in Fact, it just needs to walk the walk and talk the talk and the clothes not fall off too easily and if it has a badge, it reigns supreme.

I've never tried to immigrate but I seriously doubt there's an income requirement when you go through the legal channels.
