What do you mean "even if"? Didn't you see that he sustained injuries including internal bleeding? The man DEFINITELY was injured. Open your eyes! Do you honestly believe he woke up that day and intended to shoot this moron? He had to make a millisecond decision to stop the deadly force that she INTENDED to inflict up on him! I assume nothing and from what I've seen, there is nothing TO assume whatsoever. This deadly encounter played out for everyone to see. You simply have a personal judgement to make as to whether deadly force was necessary to stop the equivalent force being applied against him. Of course, you probably believe he should have "side-stepped" her vehicle, jumped on the hood, rolled under the vehicle, tried to jam snowballs under the tires or any other ridiculous scenarios. Officers encounter people every day who try to run them over. No incident is exactly the same. However, the videos in this case clearly show she tried to run him over and, in fact, hit him with her vehicle and caused severe damage to his body in the process. There was no other option open to him in that millisecond other than choosing to attempt to stop her deadly force with an equivalent force of his own.
Then put him on trial for murder and let the prosecution try to prove his guilt. Maybe via discovery we could see the evidence of "internal bleeding" outside of their word. Which, they say a lot of things... A bruise could technically be called internal bleeding. Forgive me if the admin terrorizing our communities haven't earned my trust.
This should never even go to trial. Well, unless the DA is a flaming liberal Soros-appointed cardboard cutout of a DA. In any normal circumstances, a worthy DA would look at this and not press charges since the agent acted in self defense. But, in Tampon Tim's Minnesota, who can say? Ya know, I really don’t like progressive liberals at all. I don’t like their ideas or their actions. I don’t like their admiration of Karl Marx or their push to institute communism and socialism. I don’t like their lack of fiscal conservancy or their lack of respect for law enforcement and the military. I don’t like their hypocrisy and I certainly don’t like their racism. I don’t like their ideology of overbearing big government and over-regulation. I don’t like their weaponization of our criminal justice system and I don’t like their insidious infiltration of our educational system. But, I get quite a chuckle out of you sometimes.
It’s not even a matter of what she MIGHT have done even though it’s a concern that she may have continued on her attempted killing spree. The fact of the matter is that she committed a single act of violence and was met with reasonable deadly force in response to that violence. There’s no question about it. Had she somehow continued trying to kill other agents and/or any citizens who may have been in her path, she most likely would have encountered deadly force from other agents or even armed citizens protecting their own lives or the lives or others. Once this moron began her attempted murder episode and concerning the circumstances of the situation, she sealed her fate.

1. I've seen it before, and that's one of the most obscured perspectives I've seen. 2. It's still quite obvious she's turning to the right when he's barely on the front-left of the car. As you also see in the perspective from Ross' camera, she's cranking the wheel hard to turn right. Why do that if you're trying to hit someone to the front-left of you?
