Don't ya just hate it when a president invades a sovereign country to bring down a terrorist leader responsible for killing thousands of Americans? At least Trump is going to give Maduro due process... just sayin'.
The Venezuelan oil is low grade oil. It is so dense that it requires additional refining. Doesn't make a lot of sense to take the low grade oil when we have plenty of high grade oil under our feet. I’m not saying those words didn’t come out of his mouth. They very well may have knowing the way he tends to shoot off at the mouth. Just saying that angle doesn't really make sense when his platform all along has been unleashing our own resources.
You are correct, that's what the oil companies keep saying. Which is why it's even stranger he keeps bringing up their oil.
OK, the proof that this was justified can be seen by huge crowds in Santiago, Buenos-Aires, Bogota, Quito, Lima etc., cheering waving Venezeulan flags, they are ecstatic to see Democrary return, and economic revival from years of Socialist corruption. Nine Million fled to escape Chavez/Maduro regime. Likewise, Prof. Gerdes said it well, the Trump critics state its no different then Putin invading Ukraine. He then says this.... 1/ Putin invaded s Sovereign democratic nation, because they had overthrown a Kremlin puppet thug. His intention was to kill the Ukraine leadership, seize control of Ukraine, then impose another Kremlin thug to make it a vassal of Putinland (Russia) 2/ Trump/ DEA/FBI along with US military, seized the opportunity to go in, get Maduro/ secure vital infrastructure/ install transition team for return of legitimite president. No American died, total success. Also Putin was delivering more lethal aid to Maduro, had one of his Generals with Wagner mercenaries to cause problems. Plus, Trump showed his enemies, Russia, China, Iran, mess with USA and you will die. Really, everyone in US, should stand united and cheer for a job well done, its a "Reagan " moment for Trump Meanwhile in Iran its getting to the boiling point, if the regime starts killing, then they are cooked.
Well, it's really kinda impossible to talk about Venezuela and not talk about oil. It would be like talking about Italy without talking about pizza.
