Obama’s Jobs Number Still Beats Predecessor’s

During the worst recession since the Great Depression!!!!!!

THE job numbers in recent months have been disappointing, encouraging Republicans who hope that the slow pace of recovery will cause voters to reject President Obama.
But buried in the numbers was one accomplishment that serves only to emphasize how poorly the American economy has performed since 2000. The pace of creation of jobs in the private sector during the current administration is now greater than the pace in either of President George W. Bush’s terms in office.

Not that such an accomplishment is impressive. Since President Obama was inaugurated in January 2009, private sector jobs have risen at an annual rate of one-tenth of 1 percent. Before the last decade, there had not been such a poor performance for any entire presidential term since 1960. But private sector jobs fell during President Bush’s first term, and rose at an annual rate of just 0.06 percent in his second term.

In January 2001, when Mr. Bush took office, there were 111,631,000 private sector jobs in the American economy. Nearly 12 years later — and after a gain of 4.6 million jobs since the number hit bottom in early 2010 — there are 231,000 fewer jobs.

That performance, bad as it is, may look good to government employees. The number of government jobs has declined faster, and is still falling as squeezed state and local governments continue to make budget cuts. Over the last 12 months, private sector jobs grew 1.8 percent. Government payrolls fell 0.8 percent.

Oh yeah, we can't talk about Bush or the 8 years he was president.

 

So the best argument the liberal media machine can come up with to defend BO's miserable record is "He's a tiny bit better than Bush"?

 

In Bush's second term alone, Obama beat him by 40%. Tiny number eh? Tiny brain undoubtedly.

 

....and under BO the debt is higher, unemployment is higher, gas prices are higher, our credit rating is lower, the debt is $16 trillion, foreign policy is a mess, class warfare is being promoted, more people are on the public dole than ever beofre....Just sayin'
So if a single little statistic makes you feel better all I can say is "bless your heart"

 

Class warfare needs to be presented. It's the only way to get the populous to realize that they've been sold out. Romney, the outsourcer, plans to continue his corporate raider tactics that Bush's near depression almost got us with. Romney will get us there much more quickly.

 

It's also the dimocRAT's strategy of winning votes. They figure they'll divide everyone up by making them believe the other guy is to blame for their problems (even if there are no problems the dims will make you believe you are a victim). American vs American...the Obama Way!!!
