You can get 'Novelty' hospital commemorative birth certificates like that off the internet for less than $50. With those awesome gold seals too. And handwritten signatures. Not saying Trump's is one of those 'Novelties' but a state issued certificate is probably harder to get as a 'Novelty'.

 

The novelty ones come complete with faded ink as well huh? That is utterly ridiculous and I have no idea why you would bring it up. There is a new feature for members to say they like a post. I wish there was a clown button because that post certainly qualifies.

You mean a fill it in yourself, blank one? Um, yeah. They all start out blank. Duh. You can even make your own and buy a fancy gold seal yourself and emboss it. Surely someone worth a few billion could figure out how to do it...even if you can't.

And, seriously, you don't know that papers, including ink can be aged? The internet is your friend. There is a lot of information out there. You should try using it before you post sometime.

I never said his was a fake. He might be an alien, but not one of the illegal types...more like the lizard people type. The point was that what he showed could be easily faked...and with no legal repercussions...since, at best, it is a commemorative/novelty certificate to begin with. Unlike a state issued certificate (of any flavor) which is a legal document.

Well, the fact is that both certificates the President has shown (since 2008) are legal state documents. Proof of citizenship. You can call what Trump has shown a lot of things...a commemorative, a novelty, a keepsake, whatever - but you cannot call it a legal state document. It can't even be used to get a kid into grade school but it is somehow supposed to be good enough to prove he is not one of the lizard people? Not a chance.

No one can honestly look at that thing calling itself 'The Donald' and not see the lizard person underneath. No way is that thing human. Humans don't look like that. Not even remotely. The only thing I cannot figure out is if you are just a lemming or of you are a lizard.

 

Wolf Blitzer (on CNN) commented that Trump would drop out of the running because he wouldn't want to release all his financial records. Once Obama released the long-form, Trump was obligated to release his tax returns... "Nah, I quit." ...must have learned that from Sarah Palin... (laughs)

 

Trump now claims the BC is a fake.

I heard the BC claims Trump is a fake. I tend to believe the BC in this one.
