Nothing took out of context, here Clembo. The quote is accurate from the word's we to pledge…nothing added nothing took away. The total transcript was 20 mins and 29 secs. I think including all of it would be a little time consuming and boring. I was only getting to my point which you gracefully skipped and had to attack the messenger.(typical clembo)lol.

Here’ s a couple of links where you can see the entire video and the transcript.
If you will note the statement I quoted was in a paragraph alone.

Wasn’t it you that railed against someone else in another post about Assuming things….and now your assuming where I got my quote. I don’t know how Beck worded his but it is good to know someone else is reporting it and you are watching them do so.

Now does anyone want to comment about the POTUS BHO dumbass reference to “CORPSEMAN”?

Fact is he is speculating....but the fact remains...

When the right warned you could, not would, lose your doctor and your choice, they were called idiots and scare mongers. Who was correct?

Good to see you honestly capitulate TC, dude, stop blaming the right for everything. It makes you look dumb. You are smart. Dont look dumb.

The right most closely represents and are the most blatent party that sponsor rich behavior that has destroyed our country, and continue to do it without apology. $ = corruption = corporate influence = republican.

I've explained my reasoning many times.

If despising the right makes me look dumb, then I'm dumb. I'm comfortable with that. The right was in charge on 911 and invaded a country under false pretenses that "other peoples" kids have to die for. That was a result of republican leadership. I rest my case.

If blaming and hating the right, the party that gives us the kind of creeps that get us into these kinds of messes, makes me look dumb...hey...I'm dumb. No problemo.

Let's see...the "right" apparently represents movers and shakers, people that work harder, longer, and smarter over those that don't. The "right" represents people that want and wish to succeed without government intervention and a progressive (punishing) tax rate. The right represents employers more so than employess.

On the other end, the left seems to represent people that want the government to take care of their whole existance with everything (housing, jobs, food, welfare, social security, healthcare) at the expense of people that succeed and work smarter and harder than they do. In other words, the left represents the losers of the "can't win and I will not try" of society.

Well...we have winners and we have losers in every aspect of life and business. We have people who pull "A's" in a class room while others are simply happy with a "participation trophey" so that nobody loses.

Sorry...I am going to hang with the "winners" instead of those that extend their hand for a government hand out.

You hang with winners and guess what? You will want to be like them. You hang with losers like most democrats, you are simply going to complain about everybody else except yourself and look for ways to grab the "winners" money without working for it. Then you make yourself feel good by calling it "fair".

Movers and shakers. Well, that's one way to describe the party of no. Another would be liars, criminals and rapists.

Yes they work harder, longer and smarter at "extracting" the most out of society. I'll grant you that. Everything ranging from the wealth, to the morals, to literally the life out of almost every living thing for mega-profit, at the expense of the population as a whole.

Great party you got there. Can't think of any other organization that better represents the self serving interests of the corporate criminal elite than the republican party. The party that gave us George Bush and Dick Cheney, Donald Rumsfeld and Sarah Palin.

Who wouldn't be proud of those shining examples of morality?! A born rich, bumbling idiot puppet...a war mongering world class criminal that shoots people in the head....an Iraqi arms supplier turned corporate rapist.....and the least informed, most empty headed opportunist to grace the RNC since George Bush.
Quite impressive crowd of "winners" you got there Sparky.

Typical liberal argument...people that are rich are born rich. They cite people like Paris Hilton and others who don't 'deserve' to be rich. Little that liberals know that most people who are "rich" worked their butts off for it. They EARNED it. You may resent people like Bill Gates, but I admire him for how he built an emprire from his garage. The same holds true for anybody that comes up with a better 'mouse trap'...this country (at least until B.O. pushes more of his socialist programs) is always looking for better, faster and smarter products and ideas. When somebody succeeds, liberals (as a whole) always appear to hate success because that means they made a PROFIT...which is a terrible word in a liberal household.

Unfortunately, those like Tom know want the fruits of somebody else's labor because they lacked the passion, the will, and the smarts to do it themselves. So they throw around terms like "fairness", "fair share" and "investments" (tax) for America in an attempt to redistribute (take) from those that deliver and succeed to those that work as little as possible.

The key here is that successful people are INDIVIDUALLY responsible for making and maintaining their wealth. The only reason people like Tom hate the rich is because they are jealous that they did not have the passion and intestinal fortitude to succeed and become successful themselves, and therefore turn to the government to redistribute the hard earned money to people without the passion and intestinal fortitude.

It is a bit hard to take this seriously. I hope you are just bad at sarcasm. If you really believe what you've written is true, and are not just looking to flame someone else, it explains plenty about you personally. Your over-generalizations, stereotypes, prejudices, and personal biases couldn't be more obviously transparent and working class, yes working class. I mean working class as in uneducated and simple-minded, not as in working in a menial labor job which is probably true also. Call me one of those educated elites if you want but seeing people that actually believe nonsense like this doesn’t make me feel superior or elite, just pity and sadness for narrow-minded cave dwellers like yourself.

All things being equal (which means that yes...you may find an exception here or there), the "right"...or conservative principles represent people who work harder, longer, and smarter over those that don't. Conservative principles (for the most part...which is over and above 51%) represent people that want and wish to succeed without government intervention and a progressive, punishing, capital-killing, business-killing, over-regulated tax rate.

On the flip side, the "left"...all things being equal (which again means you may find an exception here or there) represents people that want the government to take care of their whole existance with everything (housing, jobs, food, welfare, social security, healthcare). Who pays for all of these wonderful socialist government programs? Well...the people that succeed and work smarter and harder than liberals do...all things being equal means people and businesses that believe in conservative business principles.

Again...you hang with winners and guess what? You will want to be like them. You hang with losers (like most democrats), you are simply going to complain about everybody else except yourself whereby you look for ways to grab the "winners" money without working for it.

Go ahead and hide behind the "fair" label when you know this punishing tax rate for those that succeed is in fact nothing "fair" at all!!

So again I will ask...how much MORE do you want? Remember...according to the IRS the top 50% of all wage earners already pay almost 98% of all taxes collected whereby the bottom 50% don't pay anything!

When is it enoough? Do you want 50, 60, 70, 80, 90 or 100% of everything we make? After all, liberals (progressives, democrats) keep telling us they are smarter to spend this money instead of the individual so enlighten me...how much MORE do you want on top of this already punishing tax system??

Actually, “all things being equal” does not mean “You may find an exception here or there”.

Cēterīs paribus is a Latin phrase, literally translated as "with other things the same," or "all other things being equal or held constant." It is commonly rendered in English as "all other things being equal." A prediction, or a statement about causal or logical connections between two states of affairs, is qualified by ceteris paribus in order to acknowledge, and to rule out, the possibility of other factors that could override the relationship between the antecedent and the consequent.

What you are guilty of here is letting the exception define the rule. It is a logical fallacy you compound by throwing out false statistics that pretty much reflect your own biases rather than the reality of the situation you’re attempting to characterize. To underscore your lack of comprehension, you end with a streak of pejoratives.

    False stats? False stats?

Here...let me help you (Source: IRS):

Summary of Federal Individual Income Tax Data, 2007

Here's the link(s) for you to see yourself:

    http://www.ntu.org/main/page.php?PageID=6

So...let me ask you again...how much MORE do you want on top of what is already being paid?? 50, 60, 70, 80, 90, 100% of one's income?? When is it enough for you??

As for "all things being equal", you wish to focus on the exception versus the rule. As I stated, with an exception here or there...liberals are the people behind more government as the answer to all instead of the individual.

Surely, you don't believe that progressives/liberals believe in the individual over the government...as a whole...all things being equal? :D :D

How much MORE and ADDITIONAL to you wish to redistrubute (increase taxes, again) to pay for your socialist programs?

Bush was BORN RICH. He didn't earn ANYTHING. He took. He EXTRACTED.
The only thing he ever earned was the reputation of a liar and a war criminal.

Bill Gates. You admire how he STOLE the Mac operating system and renamed it Windows, making himself filthy rich. You mean THOSE fruits of somebody elses labor? Very corporate of you Midas.

Jealous? ..DISGUSTED, embarrassed, would be more accurate.

Wow! That's quite a rant. You throw out a legitimate web site that unfortunately does nothing whatsoever to prove any of your assertions about either the Right or the Left. The logical fallacy here is associating yourself with a reputable source hoping that it will lend you credibility, it doesn't. You haven't even bothered with cause and effect. Heck, you don't even try. You just breeze on past secure in your imaginary statistical proof. Just Wow!

As for this whole thing, "As for "all things being equal", you wish to focus on the exception versus the rule. As I stated, with an exception here or there...liberals are the people behind more government as the answer to all instead of the individual." I never said that I wanted to focus on the exception, I said that you believed that the exception proved the rule. It never does and we already talked about that fallacy. If liberals were actually the people behind the government, they'd have health care passed into law by now. If you really want to know who is behind the government, look to the corporate money changers. They run this country with the help of their lackeys in congress otherwise known as the GOP.

As usual, your arguments start out with nonsense, you give meaningless answers to specific questions and then start throwing out questions to divert the topic and then complain that your questions aren't being answered. You then end with your favorite word, "TYPICAL". When you really get going, in comes the large colorful bolded text and smiley faces. They don't really lend your point any cred, they just make you look desperate and cornered. Try simple straight forward text.

People who paint groups with broad brush strokes are easy to defeat intellectually because their arguments lack any kind substance. Generalizations of any kind should be kept out of real debates. I sure hope that you don't fancy yourself a competent debater. You wouldn't of lasted two minutes on a debate team.

So the IRS is not a good source?? Dollars and cents are collected and added up. Did you miss that part in Math class?

    Anyways...

So...let me ask you ONCE again...how much MORE do you want on top of what is already being paid?? 50, 60, 70, 80, 90, 100% of one's income?? When is it enough for you?? Come on...liberals are always telling us they are smarter than everybody and they know what best to do with somebody elses' money...PLEASE enlighten us!

How much MORE and ADDITIONAL to you wish to redistrubute (which means increasing taxes, again) to pay for your socialist programs?

If you can't answer a simple question (as part of the liberal two step)...just tell us, but I really think that you should share with all how much MORE taxes should be paid by the top 50% of US taxpayers (who already pay nearly 98% of all taxes collected!)

Hmmm...let's see. 60% of 100 million leaves only 40 million. That can't be enough to make ends meet for sure.
Good thing millionaires don't have any tax shelters.

Besides....Richard Steele tells us that a million dollars isn't really that much money anyway.

Now raising minmum wage??? THERE'S a bad idea.
Health care for all? Another terrible idea...only the wealthy should be entitled to health care.
