"taking out Syria" is not even in the rhelm of possibility, it is like saying lets have aliens handle the Iraq problem.

 

We could take out Syria in a matter of minutes. That in itself should neutralize Iran.
What is the point of doing surges and cleaning out neighborhoods when new terrorists and various weapons and devices that will kill us are crossing over the border in response.

Where is Truman when we need him.
