Hitler was one sick dog. From all that was written about him over the years and eye witness acounts, I am not sure if the sex thing with his family members is true or that he was just hard for boys.

And FWIW, Germany does have "anti communist" laws; a party that is openly anticonstitutional, no matter whether on the extreme right or left, may very well be forbidden. Since that is an administration act, however, it can be and has been fought in court. So that measure is hardly ever taken.

huh?? If I'm not mistaken the communists once in power in East Germany currently have like 4% representation in parliment.

 

I wrote that "most Germans - more than four fifths of the population - have never lived in a communist country." The remaining fifth lived in the GDR. So in case you meant East Germany only when you wrote about Germany, you were right.

In the federal parliament they have 8.7 percent. And there surely are communists in the PDS/Linke, as there are nazis in the NPD or the (German) Republican Party. The laws I referred to, however, are about anti-constitutional activity, not about merely being on the left or right "edge" ...
