    None of those 3 ideas really have anything to do with the current Republican party. They certainly didn't institute any smaller government when they had the chance. They are always trying to legislate morality and their idea of a 'Free' market is to give privilege to whatever industry has the highest paying lobbyists.

    About the only national level Republican I can think of that would qualify under those 3 would be Ron Paul and he isn't really a Republican.
