    Hilarious & so very true!!
    This cartoon is one where you can substitute the gas pump for any other economic factor, i.e. the unemployment rate.....5% u/e was Bush's fault, 6% u/e was Bush's fault but 8.5% u/e isn't BO's fault. Typical left wing narrative.
