Answer as many or as few as you’d like!

-If the Constitution only required a person to be 18, not 35 to be President, who would (currently and historically) possibly run and win who is between 18 and 35?

-How might policy in the US be different if Congress was only the senate without a House of Representatives?

-Sentient Aliens come to Earth and we must send one person to represent humanity in a meeting with aliens. Who do you nominate to send?

-President Biden calls you and asks you to choose a cabinet to run in the executive branch. Under the Biden Admin. which cabinet would you choose to lead?

-You are a lawyer who is at the Supreme Court arguing to reverse a SCOTUS decision of your choice, with the current SC lineup, what case are you arguing and would you win with the current justices?

Pass, I genuinely can't think of anyone that would be taken seriously enough to stand a chance

Far less democratic (small "d"), slanted towards conservatives. You know the classic "Wyoming gets as many votes in the Senate as California despite representing ~1/80th as many people" example. As it stands people from Wyoming's votes are worth 80x more than those in California for issues in the Senate. If there were only a Senate, we'd truly have a tyranny of the minority.

I also find it of note what Madison said of forming the Senate:

-How might policy in the US be different if Congress was only the House of Representatives without the senate?

Pretty much the opposite of what I wrote for the last one. Majority rule would dominate.

-Sentient Aliens come to Earth and we must send one person to represent humanity in a meeting with aliens. Who do you nominate to send?

That's difficult... Probably not a politician though. Someone kind and charismatic. Keanu Reeves? He did play an alien once

Office of Science and Technology Policy - it's literally the only one I MIGHT have some clue how to direct

-You are a lawyer who is at the Supreme Court arguing to reverse a SCOTUS decision of your choice, with the current SC lineup, what case are you arguing and would you win with the current justices?

Citizens United - I highly doubt it would be overturned presently
