The "playing field" is composed of the boundaries outlined in the Constitution. I don't know how to say it any plainer than that. Meaning, "collective force" can only be used in the very limited scenarios outlined in the Constitution. Those are the boundaries to the playing field.

For example...

Article I, Section 4, Clause 1: The Times, Places and Manner of holding Elections for Senators and Representatives, shall be prescribed in each State by the Legislature thereof; but the Congress may at any time by Law make or alter such Regulations, except as to the Places of chusing Senators.

That's a playing field boundary...only State Legislatures can alter State's election law. Congress can, but only by Law (not by Executive Order, etc). If you violate that, you've just stepped out of bounds. Does that help?

My perception is that many in the gay community are predatorial, and many others are unwary victims who will come to learn that all too late in their lives. There are definitely those who choose their path without external influence, and it is they that I admire most in the LGBT community. I have a particular dislike for those who endeavor to grow the community just to strengthen its political ranks, to combat heterosexuality as the norm, or to fill the pipeline for wanting perverts.

Show me the evidence that there are more homosexual predators than there are heterosexual predators. I know that you'll avoid doing this because I also know that there is no evidence that sexual predators are more often homosexual than heterosexual.

If you want to make a broad assertion about sexual predators, there is only one that is actually accurate. The vast majority of sexual predators are men PERIOD. Men are the largest group by far of sexual predators. That is provable. Nothing else you state is anything but your own prejudice.
