That plaintiff has to be a liberal. Any relation to you? The logic in the lawsuit kind of reminds me of some of your posts.
As a Georgia resident residing in the "burbs" (Forest Park, anything but a burb), I saw an article in the AJC (only big Atlanta newspaper and extremely liberal) about dog fighting here in Georgia and pictures of people and their locations were shown of people convicted of dog fighting. It is a lot more common than I suspected and reminded me of a time when I lived in middle Georgia and was at a friends house and they wanted to fight two bull dogs and had them on chains and pushing them together and pulling them back. I was screaming at them to stop and lost a lot of their respect but they stopped. I am a person that thinks that dogs have feelings and these people did not think that they had any. They also fought chickens when I wasn't around but to me a chicken is one level above a frog and that would not have made any difference to me. To give Mike Vick the benefit of the doubt, this type of stuff has been going on a long time and they have no empathy for the useless abuse of animals. Maybe a lot of good will come out of this when people realize how bad this practice is. To show how crazy these people were, at the same place, my "friend" beat his long time real friend with a piece of round pine firewood about 4" in diameter with cut off branch ends. The crime was trying to break into the house to steal the crack when my "friend" was not there and had eyes on his wife. I did not know what had happened when I visited the next day but the beaten fellow (Coot) asked me to take him to the VA hospital in Augusta, a couple of hundred miles away, being a vet myself we left immediatly. The Doctor told him that with the internal bleeding that he would not have seen the next day. He was crazy too and had a double or triple 100% VA disability but prefered to sleep under a bridge. After that I started keeping new company. One flew over the cukoo's nest? He was bigger than me but I knew how to box, and satisified himself by pissing on my truck tires. He was banned out of the several counties in Georgia and his brother was in prison for murder of his wife. We used to take his brother weed but he was the biggest fellow in prison and the guards would not bother us. People kept dying around these people, fell in a ditch and broke their neck, rob cemetaries for their rings. Crazy stuff. Reminds me of being on a DDG in time of war when I did not have my seat belt fastened and had full control. Of course the enemy turned. They were attacking from the East with part of their wing shot off. The Captain let them slide and confronted the Phantom F-4 and said that I will shoot you down, the MIG is the bravest thing I have ever seen, attack a Guided Missile Destroyer under way in time of war? Of course we were helpless but recovered a couple of minutes later. After the MIG crashed into a low hill, according to the Air Force. I said that it was not a low hill but a mountain. Since we were at sea level everything looked up to us! I had China on the right and North Vietnam on the left. Until we got closer and I had to point out that now we are surrounded. We muddied up the water. We had the whole god damn fleet behind us! The first thing that happened was Zap City.
