Biden cut our oil production a while back. Prices rose. The Saudi's cut theirs recently BUT BIDEN BEGGED them not to cut their production until just before the election so the price of gas would not be affected! This man needs to be impeached and then jailed until he dies for actual crimes against this country and not made up crimes.!
He has and will pander 100% to his hardcore constituency. The voting base that thinks Americans are evil for producing energy while harboring no opinion on the rest of the world producing energy. Americans are inherently bad so we must punish ourselves as penance. Too bad Joe didn’t see this piercing Saudi arrow flying his way. May as well deplete the national reserve to insure voters don’t get too angry. Who cares about national defense anyway?
carbon based energy should cost more. The true cost to use it. use should be less. even if we could get everyone here onboard we are grossly outnumbered globally. no easy answers, it won't end well. human greed still outweighs intelligence. I've seen no fewer wasteful liberals than conservatives when it comes to energy consumption, yet those very same liberals berate conservatives for how they fuel their consumption, while turning a blind eye to the fact that much of the energy they themselves consume is mostly born of the same form, and delivered in another. That conversion actually generates more waste which they duplicitously ignore. The solution is not where the energy is harvested from. The solution is in curtailing the demand for so much energy in the first place. Stop focusing on the genesis of the energy we consume, and focus instead on using less. Thinking small will not save the human race, let alone save the planet.
