It says none was denied. You seem to think that not sending help (your words) is proof of wrong doing while requests for help were never in any instance denied. You're simply playing Fox's word games. Show me where requests for help were denied. You really can't send help unless it is requested.

His argument seems to be that if there is a witness to a girl being raped in a dorm room, the police won't respond until the girl herself calls for help.
