David pointed out that more than one authority has juristiction over these people I was simplyfing the matter Midas, why do they physicaly have to be in any one place to be tried? Do they physicaly need to be in New York city for the trial? it can be broadcasted via a live link to there cages just as easily, they can talk to there defence council the same way.

 

Actually, I thought you were assuming NYC was the logical choice because his target was NYC...I wanted to make sure you understood his crimes also ocurred in PA & DC. (sorry tomc)
