Danr, I guess you haven't been paying attention to the political debates taking place in Iowa by those wanting to be the Democrats nomimation for President.

Mr. Edwards said as much about Hillary Clinton and Baarck Obama when it comes to being honest and trying to solve problems. It is his oppinion that both of these people are all talk and when it comes time to solve a problem all they can do is get in the way.

Better start paying attention to what your candidates are saying about each other. This is when the truth comes out...........It's the Democrats in Congress that have rolled over and shown their bellies to the world.

 

The reason the conservitives have flip-flopped is because, unlike Democrats, they realize when the dam is bursting and now is the time to run for the high ground.

They always run for high ground. That way it is easier to pick them off.

talk about non sequiter, I don't really see how your open border theory proves there is no terror threat. Just because there haven't been any attacks on U.S. soil since 9/11 doesn't mean there are no threats. It is just quite as possible that since we've taken the war to them, and degraded their ability to fight, and foiled their subsequent attempts that they are currently unable to mount a serious attack against us on our turf.

I have never been mugged so that means there is zero threat to me from criminals. Criminals are just a government created myth to try and control me.

IF there were a real threat they would do more on the border, if you do not see that you really cannot grasp a very simple concept.

 

Just because a threat is not recognized does not mean it doesn't exist. Currently we are spending enough time and effort in their sandbox that they are too busy to mess with ours. If we pull out of the middle eat that may change and thats when the border issue will finally be recognized. probably too late.

IF this were a threat they could send 2 or 3 guys over that border with great ease. That has not happened. This nonsense about "fighting them over there" is absolutely silly, all we have done over there is create MORE anti-American feelings (yet these people STILL do not resort to terrorism).
